The Senior EPD Operations Manager orchestrates Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to deliver major, complex initiatives in a cohesive, reliable way. Operating above individual workstreams, you align multiple teams around clear member and business value, and partner closely with Product Managers to translate strategic decisions into a coherent, executable launch plan with strong sequencing, risk visibility, and executive communication. While Product owns the roadmap, you make sure the organization executes against it; holding teams accountable, pushing for progress, and driving disciplined delivery against committed milestones.…
