What the Role Is Babylist moves more than $100 million in annual transportation spend, and inbound volume is on track to double. Today inbound and outbound sit under one small team, and on-time delivery is running at 57%. We’re splitting the function so inbound gets a dedicated owner for the first time. You’ll own on-time delivery performance and cost for everything moving from our vendors, domestic and international, into both fulfillment centers. You’ll lead carrier relationships across five freight modes, run QBRs and contract negotiations alongside procurement, validate freight invoicing, and partner with Product and Engineering to replace manual spreadsheet tracking with real dashboards and automated workflows.
