About the Team New Verticals is building and scaling new ways to delight our customers beyond restaurant delivery. Our Central Operations is responsible for delivery quality and efficiency across all sides of our marketplace. We do this by identifying efficiencies, building product tooling, and launching operational processes at scale. You will own metrics, pull operational and product levers, and drive impactful results across our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail businesses.
