The Global Services Portfolio team is an essential enabler for Global Services and strategies to simplify and converge services offerings to help customer achieve their outcome. The team focuses on customer outcome-based services, defining holistic plans to support the technology along lifecycle and along the customer journey. The Services Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Global Services Portfolio, has ownership and accountability for the specification, design, engineering, and overseeing the effective deployment of post-sales service offerings capabilities to support our business.
