Direct the assignment of tax engagement responsibilities across the team; allocate operational and compliance tasks to subordinate staff and ensure their work aligns with engagement timelines, budgets, and objectives. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, overseeing staff workload and ensuring efficient execution of projects. Plan, coordinate, and review all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including federal, state, local, and international tax filings. Ensure work is performed in accordance with U.S. tax regulations, GAAP, and applicable reporting standards. Provide strategic guidance on complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and international tax planning.
