In this role, you will report to our Director, Bank Regulatory Compliance and will steward the implementation and operation of a scalable, regulator-ready prudential regulatory compliance program to support bank charter readiness, beginning with Regulations W and O. This role combines strategic program design with operational execution, ensuring Mercury can establish and run a prudential compliance program aligned with regulatory expectations and a digital-first business model.…
