About this job

We're hiring an Implementation Manager to own and evolve Flexport's Implementation Methodology as our product suite expands. This is a self-starter role: you build the playbook for how we implement Flexport's ICP products today, then adapt it as new products and services come online. You'll drive implementation workflow independently, manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, and partner with Sales and Operations to get new business live and delivered as sold. What you'll do: Build and evolve the Implementation Methodology: task definitions, personas, ownership, timing, dependencies, templates. Standardize them so the outputs can span across customers, services, and new ICP products as our suite grows.…
