About the role The Product Foundations & Time domain stewards the core experiences, infrastructure, and workforce tools that underpin how administrators and their employees navigate, track, and manage their work on Justworks. It owns the systems that enable accurate time tracking, PTO and time-off management, mobile access, reporting, navigation, and shared product surfaces, forming the reliable, high-performance foundation that supports every Justworks product and empowers businesses to stay compliant, productive, and connected. Within Product Foundations & Time, the Time mission team owns how Justworks customers manage workforce time: time off and time worked. Time Off covers leave policies, PTO balances, and the workflows admins and employees use to request and approve time away.…
