About this job
The Reporting & Analytics (RNA) pod sits within the Product Foundations & Time domain. It stewards how Justworks customers and partners access, query, and act on company data. You'll own the roadmap for how structured data becomes useful to admins and partners, whether they're pulling a payroll report, asking a natural language question, or consuming insights via web, MCP, or Slack. You'll work directly with back-end engineers on data modeling, query performance, and API design, and with front-end and design on how information is structured, surfaced, and made trustworthy. You'll operate independently, ground your decisions in customer problems, and track relentlessly against goals.…
