About the Role / What You’ll Work On The Contractor Pod’s mission is to build one unified product experience for every business that pays a contractor through Justworks, whether that contractor is based in the US or abroad, paid in dollars or a local currency, engaged for a single project or on an ongoing basis. These flows evolved separately over time and don’t yet feel like one product; closing that gap is what this pod exists to do. Contractor is also often the very first way a small business engages with Justworks, well before it’s ready for a full PEO, EOR, or global payroll relationship.
