Staff Product Manager, Platform Operations

The Operations Platform team’s mission is to design, develop, and maintain the critical infrastructure, tooling & automation needed by Customer Trust & Safety (CTS) Operations to safely protect our customers. We build scalable case management & investigation solutions that allow our operations teams to detect and mitigate fraudulent activities in real-time. We build multi-modal user experiences so that customers caught up in fraud controls have as little friction as possible getting back to normal. We also make sure that tooling and systems hold up as Robinhood launches new products and expands into international markets. Our team collaborates closely with engineering, data science, legal, compliance, and product partners to ensure high safety standards across all Robinhood products.…
