Moderators are central to making Reddit’s communities thrive. We’re looking for a Senior Community Lifecycle Manager to build programs that educate, engage, and reactivate moderators, from creating a subreddit to growing an established community. Reddit’s Community Lifecycle function is continuing to evolve, giving you the opportunity to strengthen its technical foundation and shape how the team scales its programs. You’ll partner with lifecycle strategists who lead audience strategy, value propositions, and messaging, while owning the channels, systems, and campaign operations that bring that strategy to life.
