The Role We are building the automation backbone of Block. The systems you help create will decide how work flows, how decisions are made, and how fast the company can move. This platform powers automation across customer support, risk and compliance, sales and marketing, and core internal operations. When it works, Block scales with confidence, speed, and precision. As a Product Manager on the GTM Platform team, you will shape AI products that fundamentally change how work gets done. You will decide where automation should exist, where humans must stay in the loop, and how the two work together at scale.
