Roblox is looking for a Senior Payments Compliance Manager to lead the design and enforcement of our global Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and sanctions compliance programs. As our payments ecosystem continues to scale, this role is essential to driving a culture of compliance, managing our regulatory framework and contractual obligations, and enabling a safe platform for our users. You will develop and manage the policies, operations, and controls that support Roblox's compliance posture, partnering closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
