About this job

We’re looking for a Digital Growth Manager to own the growth thesis and pipeline outcomes for a set of our most strategic segments and verticals. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you'll be one of the seasoned operators on the team — the person who decides where we play, sets the strategy, and is accountable for whether it works. This is a player-coach role: you'll define the campaign roadmap for your segments, allocate budget across channels, and set the bar for how the team briefs, tests, and measures — and you'll personally run your highest-leverage campaigns end-to-end.
