About the role Anthropic runs on a home-grown internal employee collaboration platform, that Ants use every day to plan, coordinate, and get work done alongside Claude. Today it is a widely used tool. We want it to become the centerpiece of how Anthropic works: the surface where people, teams, and Claude agents collaborate, and a living demonstration of what an AI-native company looks like from the inside. You will be the first dedicated Product Manager for this platform, paired with a dedicated engineering team. You will own the product end to end: the vision for where it goes, the roadmap that gets it there, and the outcomes that prove it worked.
