About the role Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our Core Tech organization (the teams building and securing the systems behind Claude, from engineering and infrastructure to security). Depending on your background and where the need is greatest, your portfolio might center on security, on engineering more broadly, or span both - we'll shape that together during the hiring process. Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function that plans meetings and sends newsletters.
