Role We are looking for a SecOps Technical Success Manager to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Success in the Technical Success department. The SecOps Technical Success Manager empowers our customers to continuously improve their security outcomes, driving satisfaction, retention, and strategic growth. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will build deep customer relationships, guide clients through onboarding to renewal, and help security teams maximize the value of their investment in Zscaler SecOps products.
