Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, AI Enablement & Organizational Change to join our team. This is a San Jose, CA role, reporting to the VP, Digital Employee Experience in the IT Digital Employee Experience department. The Senior Manager, AI Enablement and Organizational Change will lead programs that help employees successfully adopt new technologies, AI capabilities, and ways of working. The role will manage a team responsible for organizational change management across major IT initiatives, employee technology communications, general productivity AI enablement, and function-specific AI adoption, partnering across IT and the business to drive engagement, readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.…
