Your opportunity As a Technical Success Manager (TSM) working for our Public Sector team at New Relic, you can optimize your blend of technical knowledge, problem solving skills, and teamwork to take care of and grow our customer base in a meaningful way. While you will work closely with our larger account teams, at New Relic a TSM is more than a technical resource to the sales team. You will own the technical success and post sales relationships for our valued customers. You will nurture New Relic’s strategic direction and vision, as well as promote and support new product directions on behalf of your customers.
