The PLT Sequencing Manager will: This position is responsible for establishing production plans that will achieve an efficient and stable flow through the manufacturing process. Must coordinate production with planning and be responsible for line performance versus plan. Oversee the sequencing personnel to ensure requirements and capacities are correct, and that budgeted ticket volume and size achievement are attained. Help to ensure that the plant meets organizational goals and objectives in Quality, Cost, Customer Satisfaction, and Safety. Develop, monitor and communicate all areas of production to assure shiftly, daily, and weekly optimized production plan is being met. Supervise and hold accountable Sequencers and assist them in their daily jobs including schedule adherence.…
