SLSQ327R269 Databricks is looking for a motivated Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team to strengthen our product-focused planning and execution, provide strategic analysis, and instill operational thoughtfulness in our successful and fast-growing GTM teams You will use data and qualitative information to help our Sales and Field Engineering Leadership manage the business with a specific focus on Platform health and adoption. This role will support our Genie and AI product lines. This includes serving as a strategic partner for VP-level GTM leaders, supporting essential aspects of our GTM design and annual planning process, building our data and analytics foundation (including executive reporting), and providing health of business reviews.…
