The Paralegal supports the Operations Legal team in managing a broad range of commercial and operational legal matters under the supervision of an attorney. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements — including CDAs/NDAs, real estate agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, professional services agreements, and other legal documents. Responsibilities: Identify and resolve routine issues within area of responsibility by using legal knowledge and experience to develop solutions and implement resolutions. Plan and prepare for meetings with internal and external stakeholders and maintain departmental files in compliance with corporate and government regulations.…
