Cantor Fitzgerald Securities is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to work side‑by‑side with our in‑house litigators throughout all phases of complex litigation. The role involves managing discovery, drafting and filing pleadings, coordinating e‑discovery, and assisting with trial preparation. Compile and organize documents for discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Monitor court dockets, manage internal case files, and issue deadline reminders. Prepare and coordinate tenders to insurance carriers on various cases. Manage large‑scale document collections, including coding and pulling documents in Relativity. Coordinate with e‑discovery vendors and oversee electronic filing processes.…
