About the Role We are hiring a Chief of Staff / Head of Legal Operations to join our growing Legal team. This role sits at the intersection of executive strategy and legal department operations, driving organizational effectiveness at the highest level while building and running the operational backbone of the legal function. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable advising leadership on priorities and rolling up their sleeves to optimize legal workflows, vendor relationships and budgets. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $148,000.00 and up to $205,000.00.
