Scopely is seeking a Director, Legal Operations to join our Legal team. This role will lead the Legal Operations function and establish the strategy, operating model, technology roadmap, governance framework, and performance infrastructure for a global, high-growth Legal department. This role will be a hybrid position in our Culver City, CA hub. The Director will directly manage the Sr. Manager, Legal Operations, who owns day-to-day Ironclad CLM operations, knowledge management infrastructure, and AI-enabled legal technology implementation. The Director will provide strategic direction, prioritize the team’s roadmap, manage resources and vendors, and remain accountable for the quality, adoption, and business impact of these programs.…
