The primary objective of this position is to lead Global Commercial Actuals Reporting P&L processes and consolidations. With the new organization structure combining US Therapeutics HQ with Global Commercial Finance, this role will lead the consolidations of both. This includes month-end close/MRP and quarterly flash. This role will partner closely across various functions, leadership, and geographies to provide analytics, modeling, and reporting on cash discounts, distribution margin, SG&A, and distressed inventory. With two direct reports, the role requires strong leadership skills that will foster an inclusive, high-performing environment focused on continuous learning, capability building, succession planning, and talent development.…
