Purpose The Director, Finance Transformation supports AbbVie’s enterprise-wide finance transformation strategy in partnership with executive leadership - setting the vision and roadmap for long-term organizational change. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, leading and delivering transformation programs (spanning People & Change, Process Change and Improvement and Technology Enablement programs across the global Finance organization). You will oversee projects spanning the full transformation lifecycle - from conducting enterprise value assessments and diligence, to blueprinting workstreams that align resources, and driving the execution of Finance and cross functional initiatives.…
