About the Role At Rula, our Financial Operations team plays a key role in making sure providers can focus on care while we keep the business running smoothly. As a Sr. Financial Operations Insights Associate, you’ll focus on building the automated workflows and reporting that keep our day-to-day operations running efficiently. You’ll collaborate directly with team experts to spot bottlenecks, untangle manual processes, and design smarter, more reliable ways of working. If you love making complex workflows run smoothly and want your efforts to directly support our mission of expanding access to mental healthcare, this role will be especially rewarding.
