ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a Director of Finance to build and lead the GTM Finance function at Temporal. Based in San Francisco, this person will serve as a strategic finance partner to our GTM leadership team and play a critical role in how we plan, measure, and scale our go-to-market organization. This role will own the financial planning and decision-support framework across Sales, Marketing, and the broader GTM organization, including revenue and ARR forecasting, annual and long-range planning, sales capacity and productivity, headcount and investment planning, and performance management.
