About this job

We’re hiring an AI & Technology Finance leader to own financial planning and business partnership for our Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) and General & Administrative (G&A) organizations. You’ll gain experience across the full cost side of the P&L: OpEx, headcount, capital allocation, and operating leverage. You’ll own the R&D + G&A spend and headcount envelope, partner directly with technical and corporate leaders, and help build the infrastructure and tools needed to scale these functions in a fast-paced, pre-IPO healthcare technology environment.
