About the Role iCapital is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Equity Accounting and Reporting Associate to join the Corporate Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a subject matter expert in stock-based compensation accounting, equity reporting, and related tax and financial reporting matters within a rapidly growing global fintech organization. This individual will gain exposure to complex technical accounting issues, strategic transactions, and cross-functional initiatives that directly impact the Company's capital structure and growth strategy. Responsibilities Support the monthly accounting, reporting, and quarterly/annual close activities related to the Company's global stock-based compensation programs under ASC 718.…
