Provide technical service for systems as assigned: repair, troubleshooting, and daily monitoring for potential issues and/or improvements. Identify and evaluate problematic issues and help implement and communicate solutions. Assist operations in the process of troubleshooting to determine potential impacts on production and facility systems.
