Purpose: ​​Provide project management, direction and oversight to the Global Engineering Programs department. Coordinate facility and utility projects to ensure adherence to AbbVie Standards and Specifications. Develop resource plans for approved projects and make recommendations regarding use of internal and/or external resources for projects/facility planning, design and execution. Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with external engineering and construction organizations, including Architect/Engineering, Construction Management, Consulting and Contractor firms, in order to meet project design, schedule, cost and quality requirements.…
