About this job

The NPDI Services Engineer – Power Systems is responsible for planning and executing deployment programs across complex customer environments focused on AC/DC power infrastructure. This includes medium voltage systems, energy storage solutions, and microgrid architectures supporting critical power applications. This role owns execution readiness and delivery alignment and ensures deployment strategies are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with serviceability standards. The position works closely with Engineering, Product Management, Service Operations, and Technical Support to drive successful implementation of integrated power solutions, while proactively identifying and mitigating field deployment risks and failure modes.
