Role Description We’re looking for a staff frontend engineer with deep React and TypeScript expertise to set technical direction for the next generation of Reddit’s advertiser tools. You’ll lead ambiguous, multi-quarter initiatives that span teams and deliver measurable product and engineering impact. You’ll bring teams together around a clear strategy and turn sophisticated capabilities into workflows that feel simple and dependable. You’ll guide the evolution of our frontend platform, setting strategy and influencing teams toward scalable architecture, shared component patterns, and consistent design-system practices across a large monorepo.
