The Safety and Moderation organization builds the tools that help moderators keep Reddit safe, healthy, and scalable. Moderators are community leaders and tastemakers; our job is to give them fast, reliable, and intuitive tooling so they can focus on cultivating great communities. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong hands-on experience in modern enterprise engineering languages, technologies, and practices to help us ship high-impact features and improvements for moderators.
