The Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer,Interior Seating will lead supplier quality strategy and industrialization for seating systems. This role ensures compliance with Lucid quality, safety, and environmental standards while supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. The position aligns with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 requirements. Key Responsibilities Quality Systems Develop, implement, and maintain the Supplier Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 standards. Oversee quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and supplier documentation. Operational & Organizational Planning Support implementation of operational plans and objectives within the supplier quality function.…
