Senior System Safety Engineer, Operations & Fleet Response

Lead cross-functional safety analyses as subject matter expert to identify hazards, assess risks, define requirements, drive mitigation and verification strategies, and inform decisions. Participate in operations design and readiness reviews and present safety risk to ELT Evaluate the continued effectiveness of implemented mitigations to ensure risk profile have not changed; if safety risk has changed supports the identification of new hazards & mitigations Solve challenging and ambiguous problems with long time horizons, helping teammates navigate "uncharted territory" in safety engineering.
