About the role We are looking for an exceptional senior People Partner based in the Seattle or San Francisco Bay Area to support our Product and Core Technology teams, specifically Engineering teams. This role will be a critical member of the People Partner team, working on key HR projects in alignment with our partners across Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and others while providing excellent coaching and strategic support to senior leaders and managers across technical functions who are building the products and infrastructure that power Anthropic's AI systems. You will help build out HR policies and strategies that meet your clients' unique needs, and act as a trusted leader and guide on a wide range of employee-related topics.…
