HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Conduct time studies, maintain standards, and analyze loss data (OEE/TEEP). Support material flow, lead time, and job evaluation studies. Benchmark key performance figures against other plants. Collect and prepare data for capacity planning, debottlenecking, and strategic projects. Identify process improvement opportunities and calculate potential savings.…
