The Systems Engineer will be part of the North American team responsible for Engine Management Systems (EMS) within the two-wheeler and powersports segment. This role focuses on defining stakeholder needs and translating them into clear system requirements early in the product development lifecycle. The engineer will support requirements management, system design synthesis, integration, and validation activities while ensuring alignment across cross-functional engineering disciplines. Acting as a key interface between customer engineering teams and Bosch development organizations, the Systems Engineer will drive structured development processes from concept through production and operational support, with primary responsibility for managing and maintaining technical requirements.…
