Equipment Engineer

About this job

Collaborate with Line Maintenance and Process Engineering to troubleshoot problems & support wafer manufacturing. Work with vendors and contractors to install, start up, and learn new semiconductor equipment. Support of Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment to improve throughput and reduce downtime including procurement, installation, upgrades, design modifications, troubleshooting failures, reducing operating costs. Conduct equipment failure analysis and review trends to make performance improvements. Troubleshoot and repair assigned equipment using troubleshooting techniques and hand tools. Regularly interface with Management, Production, Engineering, Quality Control, and other work groups for priorities and equipment status.…
