Assist Process Engineers with injection molding process development and optimization activities. Support process documentation, including setup sheets, work instructions, process parameter records, and engineering standards. Participate in molding trials, tool qualifications, and process validation activities under appropriate supervision. Collect, organize, and analyze manufacturing data related to scrap, cycle time, downtime, utilization, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Assist with root cause investigations of quality concerns using structured problem-solving methods. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.…
