The Opportunity: Mattel is seeking an accomplished and execution-driven Sr. Director, Order Management, DTC & Logistics technology to own and elevate the supply chain technology backbone connecting how Mattel takes, fulfills, and delivers orders to consumers and partners worldwide. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for Order Management, Logistics, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Supply Chain technology — spanning order orchestration, distribution, fulfillment, transportation, and last-mile execution. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the VP of Global Supply Chain IT, translating enterprise supply chain priorities into a coherent, AI-enabled technology agenda.…
