About this job

This is a 2nd shift role. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities by working with carriers, planners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods. Verify Receiving/Shipping documentation and postings in business systems, investigate discrepancies such as missing purchase orders, invoices, or paperwork, and resolve issues promptly. Monitor dispatch activity in real time, confirm carrier drop/pickup schedules, maintain driver logs, and track open deliveries and shipment status. Process customer and carrier returns, debit/credit memos, and damaged goods documentation while ensuring proper communication and recordkeeping.…
