The Opportunity: Mattel is seeking a Sales Planning and Analytics Analyst, Growth Channel, based in El Segundo, CA. This position will be instrumental in supporting both the Sales team and the Growth Channels’ Inventory and Planning teams in the areas of forecasting, order fulfillment and planning. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Planning and Analytics. What Your Impact Will Be: Partner with the Sales team to analyze sales trends to improve item level POS projections, inventory projections and order recommendations. Determine appropriate model for evaluating item level forecasts and analysis, considering information such as total end consumer consumption forecasts, brand/product history, history of similar comparable brands/products, inventory levels and marketing programs.…
