The Role You'll help eliminate quoting backlogs and drive high-volume, complex deal execution as Everlaw scales through a critical capacity surge. Acting as a strategic bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, you will manage end-to-end quoting and queue triage to ensure deal structures are scalable, reliable, and compliant while protecting long-term revenue integrity. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr. What you'll do Manage end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ. Own the Salesforce and Zendesk queue, managing the intake, triage, and escalation of all Quote-to-Cash requests within defined SLAs.…
