Job Summary As a Benefits Analyst at Motional, you’ll support the day-to-day administration and compliance of the Health & Welfare, Leave, Recognition, and 401(k) retirement programs. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for Benefits & Leave, be the primary support for compliance related tasks including but not limited to external and internal audits, required filings, testing and reporting and benefit plan funding and payments to vendors. You’ll deliver a positive experience for employees and managers across the business, cultivating a reputation as a subject matter expert, efficient and reliable shepherd of systems and process, and trusted advisor.…
