Join Ford’s Digital Cabin team as the dedicated Data Scientist for our next-generation AI Digital Assistant. As this AI feature expands from mobile to In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems, you will shape its data strategy from the ground up. We need a full-stack Data Scientist who leans heavily into Product Analytics. You will leverage NLP and machine learning (Python/R) to cluster user utterances, perform sentiment analysis, and evaluate AI response accuracy. Partnering with Product Managers, you will define core conversational metrics, design A/B tests for model updates, and build intuitive dashboards using Looker and PowerBI. Operating natively in GCP, you will write advanced SQL (BigQuery) to structure raw mobile and vehicle telemetry into robust analytical sandboxes.…
